I am not a fan of TEP and I can't imagine working there is much better. unis energy fortis whatever...if you wanted my money you'd work with us better. you can charge me late fees but I can't give you money i don't have YOU HAVE ALL MY META ANYWAY! WHAT more do you want I want lifetime power for the exchange of my personal info and the data you collect on consumers

It tells me that my credentials don't match. if I try to set up my account it tells me my info doesn't match their records. The contact page is useless. No one from TEP bothers to call you back. when I called the Customer service, I was told someone from TEP's tech support would call me back within 2 business days, but no one from TEP bothered to call me back. The app is useless and so is TEP's customer service.
