Motor Support

The motor support app will be used by LV Motors India for customer support related issues.
The app is a cloud-based Workflow management SaaS platform used for Preventive Maintenance (PM), Breakdown Maintenance (BD), General Maintenance & Customer Service workflows. The platform supports web and mobile channels, with role-based access control and a hierarchical organisation model.
ABB India has commissioned EazyOps to implement this platform’s Customer Service workflow — to manage after-sales field service for ABB LV motors. This implementation will enable end-to-end complaint management, from service request creation by customers, dealers, or FES, through warranty verification, work order dispatch to[AN2.1][NKG2.2] Authorised Service Centres (ASCs), engineer execution, spare part handling, and final closure reporting. EazyOps solution will be hosted in ABB provided hosting environment so that it complies with ABB standards on Security, Branding and legal requirements and this may require customization as per scope of the work.
