I like it. But it would be nice if the meditations came up as an option when I click on "Pause for 15 Minutes". Instead, it just blocks the sites I listed for 15 minutes? How can I access any of those meditations myself?

I am so incredibly grateful for this extension, it has brought me so much more calm, before this I would mindlessly click to youtube as escapism from inner stress which ironically resulted in a lot more stress as I wasted half of my day being so unproductively and ignoring what I actually wanted to do - with this, I now see that actually I just need to breath, relax, chill, and get back to my day once I've had some inner time - massive thank you for helping me with something I have endlessly struggled with 🙏
