I love the idea of this app and there was definitely care put into the design of its beautiful UI, but equal attention needs to be put toward functionality. It had blocked the websites I wanted it to fine, so then I decided to try a "focus session", and ZenFoci ended up blocking my research! For some reason, when I activated the focus session it would block the tabs open on either side of the extension dashboard (ie zenfoci.com) or if the dashboard was open in its own window, the last tab in other windows. Even if I tried closing the tabs and reopening them, they would remain blocked despite not appearing on my block list. I initially tried to submit this as feedback, which is when I discovered that any outgoing link on the dashboard are not functional! I really want to love ZenFoci, but these issues will need to be fixed before I can use it.

Excellent potential, but no music option during focus session? Seems like a really odd omission. For now I will have to stick with Selfocus or Kaizen Flow. I'll check back from time to time to see if ZenFoci adds this critical feature.
