This is the only anti-distraction extension I've used which actually works in the long run. Excellent idea implemented perfectly. Used it for a year. Only improvement I can think of, is that it would be nice to have the blocked tabs auto-close after couple of minutes.

excellent. lots of thought has been put into this, and no "fluff" features have been added that do not serve a purpose. I really like how you have to hold down on the button, so you can not go to another application/tab while it counting down. PLEASE ADD SUPPORT FOR REGEX SITE PATTERN MATCHING :)
