Morphine

Regulated distraction.

Morphine is a unique website blocker designed to regulate distractions while giving you flexibility. Instead of restricting your access by fixed daily limits, Morphine provides a "balance" of minutes that slowly refills over time. You can spend this balance whenever you want on your blocked sites, allowing uninterrupted access as long as you have enough time available.

This innovative approach, called Regulated Distraction™®, avoids the frustration common in standard blockers where you might be locked out at key moments, like receiving a friend’s link at work. With Morphine, the wait to access blocked sites is minimal (typically under 10 minutes), offering smarter and more user-friendly control over your browsing habits.

Exactly what I needed. Slow withdrawal therapy, not cold turkey..

This is perfect and much better than the usual productivity blockers. Wish there was an app for my phone and apps

Excellent, wish I had found it sooner. Doesn't appear to be maintained (no updates for ~6 years), but still works perfectly fine.
