Focus 45 is a Chrome extension designed to eliminate online distractions. With one click, users can have 45 minutes of distraction-free browsing. It is configured to block access to a customizable list of websites considered distracting. The duration of the block is adjustable with 45 minutes as default. It also includes the feature to bypass the block by entering a code for emergencies.
