What is Block & Focus?
'Block & Focus' is a Chrome extension designed for productive workflow. It enables you to list and block distracting websites for a set time, allowing you to focus on your tasks. Integrated with useful features such as defining break times, adding exceptions, and activating the timer with a keyboard shortcut, this tool also offers a statistics page to analyze your usage data. You are always in control with pause and stop buttons and you can also hide them if required. Each completed cycle can be marked with a custom sound if desired, thus making 'Block & Focus' a user-friendly tool for time management and productivity.

Summary
Type a list of websites that you should not access when you are working and choose for how many minutes you should not access them. Then, the websites will be blocked and in their place will be shown a motivational phrase.
You can, also, choose if you want break time. That means, you can type for how long you want to work and for how long you want to rest (during your break you can access your blocked websites).

Daniel Ramos, 2024-01-12Cara, uso já há uns 6 meses e pra mim essa extensão é perfeita. Vc coloca os sites que não quer usar e ele bloqueia completamente. Tem até a opção de esconder o botão de pausa. Aí, meu amigo, pra parar, só desinstalando ela do navegador.
Pra quem tem que usar redes sociais no decorrer do dia e não quer correr o risco de ficar rolando o feed infinitamente, essa extensão vai cair como uma luva, pois vc pode determinar o tempo dos ciclos de trabalho e descanso( eles podem começar e parar automaticamente ou não ). Isso é muito melhor do que aquelas extensões que só permitem um número limitado de acessos por dia.
A interface é extremamente simples, intuitiva e funcional. Nada de complicações inúteis. Amei!!
