audit missions; real customers complete verified visits and submit structured
feedback reports. Every review is proof-of-visit verified and moderated before
the business sees it.

Browse open missions near you. Each mission is posted by a real business that
wants an honest, independent read on their customer experience — food quality,
service, ambience, value, wait time.

Accept a mission, visit as a normal customer, then submit your structured
report with receipt or GPS proof. You earn for the visit and your evaluation
effort. Payouts are per-mission, agreed upfront before you accept.

What you'll do on a mission:
• Visit the business as a regular paying customer
• Observe and evaluate across up to 8 dimensions (food, service, value,
ambience, menu, dietary options, wait time, return intent)
• Photograph your receipt or payment confirmation as proof of visit
• Submit your structured report through the app

Reviewers earn RM 20–30 per completed mission. Payout is released after the
report passes moderation — typically within a few business days.

monitor incoming reports directly in the app.

HOW IT WORKS

1. A business posts a paid audit mission — visit type, evaluation focus,
payout amount, and available slots.
2. Reviewers express interest. The platform assigns slots based on location
and reviewer history.
3. The selected reviewer visits, evaluates, and submits a structured report
with proof of visit.
4. The report is moderated. Once approved, the business receives it and the
reviewer receives their payout.

Reviewers are never told to be positive or negative. Businesses receive
honest assessments they can act on — not endorsements.
