The extension keeps locking and I have to re-enter my password every time, so what's the point? It's become useless in the past few months.

Used to work well enough, like occasionally being out of sync or needing to be reloaded. However, for the last two months it is unusable for me. I go to the troubleshooting page and it tells me I don't have the extension. But when you click to install it, it's already installed. So useless.
