    simple way to kill. go to userprofille \ appdata\local\google\chrome\User Data\%profile_folder%\Extensions look for folger -> pamolibmfebkknkdmfabpjebifbffbec close chrome. delete not the folder but all inside. disable inheritance from security tab for only that folder. clear all -> enter only Everyone with read permissions and option to files and subfolders. start chrome -> enjoy the silence ...... not world best solution but works fine.
