Crea una versión del documento al abrirse y no se integra con las versiones del documento editadas por los compañeros y luego actualiza el documento con tu versión sin integrar los cambios realizados por los demás participantes del documento, el cuál es el objetivo de trabajar un documento sincronizado en docs. Resolví el problema desactivando este plugin y continuar con el trabajo usual sin inconvenientes.
