Works as expected. I too wish we could pin this extension to remain on top of other windows. For those commenting that they cannot access their ORG -> Open the extension options, alter the URL for your region, for example: https://apps.usw2.pure.cloud would be the US West region.
It just works. I wish I could pin it to the side of Chrome so it doesn't move around, but that's a windows/Chrome thing
A bunch of people here complaining that they can't see their orgs and regions etc., from the extension icon (a red cloud) in Chrome, go Options and then update the URL field to reflect your normal GC domain e.g. https://apps.mypurecloud.com.au
