Completely broken like the other comments. It doesn't open, just shows a white box. When I contacted HubSpot to fix it they said I have to pay for tech support (for one of their free tools?!).

Suddenly stopped working. When it works it does add value but can be a little clunky to use.

It simply stopped working. I just get a gray screen inside the extension with a "broken" icon. It's too bad, because I liked getting the alerts when people opened emails from me.
