What is ARCHS4?
ARCHS4 is a browser extension designed to enrich RNA-seq datasets available on the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO). By adding this extension, users can access links to download relevant files containing aligned reads mapped to genes with counts. Moreover, it provides a heatmap visualization summary of the expression data from the processed samples using Clustergrammer.
