ARCHS4 - RNA-seq Sample Search Enhancer

"ARCHS4" is a Chrome extension that enhances the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) landing pages for RNA-seq and CHiP-seq datasets. It provides users with easy access to download aligned reads mapped to genes, complete with counts. Additionally, it offers visual summary heatmaps of the expression data using Clustergrammer, facilitating a better understanding of complex RNA-seq data and its biological implications.
