BioJupies Generator

BioJupies Generator is a Chrome extension that simplifies the process of creating, storing, and deploying Jupyter Notebooks with RNA-seq data analyses. It features an intuitive, user-friendly interface enabling users, even those with minimal programming skills, to generate customized notebooks for analyzing RNA-seq datasets. It provides data visualization, differential expression and enrichment analyses, and offers options to create custom analysis scripts. Integrating with NCBI's GEO, it even facilitates the querying of signatures against the LINCS L1000 dataset for identifying small molecules that can mimic or reverse signatures.
