Excellent tool for academics, students, and researchers! One click on the extension to save a paper? 2 clicks to reformat the citation style? Organized storage of papers based on project? Yes please x3!

The browser extension is good. However, the Paperpile PDF viewer often misses clicks when I try to highlight a piece of text. I have to try several times before it registers my click. The Android app needs a lot of work. Annotations are often not saved to the device or sync to the cloud. Triggering either seems absolutely random and is frustrating.
