Cons
- Extension causes severe lag and slowdowns on various websites, including video sites and Google Docs, affecting browser usability.
- Frequent failures to load PDFs, leading to frustration and interrupted workflow.
- The extension is not user-friendly and often requires repeated logins, reducing user convenience.
- Does not sync properly with EndNote Desktop, limiting seamless reference management.
- Functionality is limited and sometimes redundant compared to other tools like Zotero, with some features not working as expected.
Recent reviews

When it works it's great but approx 2/3 papers will simply fail to load in the pdf viewer, claiming "Message: Something went wrong trying to render the PDF. This error has been logged and will be fixed soon.".... Still waiting for that fix EndNote
