Công cụ ký điện tử is a Chrome extension that supports the ICare system, a digital platform for insurance conducted by Vietnam's ICare Joint Stock Company. The extension helps transmit data from websites to the client’s digital signature tool and then uploads the signed data to the website for storage and forwarding to the social insurance agency. The ICare system aims to assist customers in filing, signing, and sending electronic applications to Vietnamese Social Insurance and receiving results on behalf of the users, instead of the traditional method of postal or direct submissions.
