Five9 Plus Adapter for Agent Desktop Toolkit

I have worked at multiple call centers using a variety of softphone programs and this has to be one of the worst ones next to UAD, the latency and complicated UI as well as it's tendency to not even launch are aggravating and then there are the lack of features for users like being able to monitor the output of your microphone which means that you can't verify it's picking up prior to taking calls is something that should have been added on launch. There should be a stand alone app that would allow you to utilize this program without the need to launch Chrome but there isn't, I have one tab open in Chrome and five 9 running and it is taking 8gb of my 16gb of RAM which is absurd since I am running several other applications that aren't impacting the speed of my computer as much. There is also an issue with the precise cursor location, I can not adjust the size of the object to make it more convenient for me to use based on my screen size and placement of other applications so it just sits there in the way forcing me to have to rearrange my entire desktop to accommodate this, there's also issues with how the transfer system is setup and I could go on but I am going to leave you with this. Do better next time and actually put some forethought into how your program will be used before launching it. If there were a zero star option that would be the one that I would choose.
