Material Downloads - Download Manager is an open source Google Chrome extension that adds a download manager to the toolbar and disables the download shelf. It allows you to manage your downloads from Chrome's toolbar, similar to how you would do with Firefox. The extension offers a Material Theme with customization options to provide a Chrome-like look and feel.
