Not sure if it exists, but I could not find an option to run the download after it finishes.

この拡張を有効にしてるとVirusTotalで検査不能になる。それがなければとても良い拡張機能なのだが。 With this extension enabled, VirusTotal will not be able to inspect. It would be a very nice extension if not for that.
