BSS is a customer support team for our company and we are using Atlassian Jira Service Desk as our support system. This extension mainly is to help our support agent to quickly reply to customer based on our reply template. Basically, when they click on the extension icon, it will load the ticket details via Jira Rest API to get tickets information, also they click on the saved template message button, it will auto populate the saved message to the reply box, so that they can simply click and reply to client easily.
