Used this daily until it stopped working a month or so ago. Is there no support for this anymore? It's was the only extension that worked with my Nextiva phone but now it only shows a database error

We use this quite a bit and usually works well but lately it fails. We try to reinstall and get a Databas exception error.

worked good at first. After a week it wouldn't recognize my provider (nextiva) even though it says that's an authorized provider. Reached out to CS 4 times and no response. Reading forums it looks like i'm not the only one. There are a lot of posts with similar problems.
