During the review process JustCall was hands down better than several other calling tools I had tested. Now that it is seeing much heavier use there are a variety of issues including the Chrome integration. Recent problems: -The odd dropped call -Spotty accuracy when linking data back to our Zoho CRM -The JustCall Chrome extension makes my ZohoCRM almost unusable if I want to do a mass update. It takes 45+ seconds to go from one page of 100 leads to the next. If I disable the now obsolete Chrome Extension according to Google, then I can go from page to page in Zoho in under 5 seconds. The more we use it the worse the review gets.

My team has been using JustCall for the last 2 years and what my team is most satisfied with is the stability of the system. The app works very well on both web and mobile and the extension they provide has improved my team's productivity by receiving calls directly in CRM tabs and make calls at the click of a button. Sending SMS is also super easy with the message icon we got with this extension.
