I've messaged and emailed them several times about canceling my account and they said they would cancel it only to find out months later they're still charging my account. How stupid can you be? It's practically stealing since I have proof of cancellation! So youre gonna get as many bad reviews from me as you can count. You got the wrong one today! | |

Now that it is seeing much heavier use there are a variety of issues including the Chrome integration. Recent problems: -The odd dropped call -Spotty accuracy when linking data back to our Zoho CRM -The JustCall Chrome extension makes my ZohoCRM almost unusable if I want to do a mass update. It takes 45+ seconds to go from one page of 100 leads to the next. If I disable the now obsolete Chrome Extension according to Google, then I can go from page to page in Zoho in under 5 seconds. The more we use it the worse the review gets. | |
