What is Yawas?

Yawas is a Chrome extension for highlighting web pages and adding comments in your chosen colors. All your highlights and comments are stored in your browser's bookmarks, and are automatically recreated when you revisit a page. The extension allows you to highlight text, add notes and delete or change the color of a highlight all from the context menu. It also features a quick search option to find your bookmarks and an edit function to make changes easily. The Yawas extension is a handy tool for efficient web browsing.

Yawas lets you highlight and comment web pages in multiple colors.

Your highlights are stored in the built-in Chrome Bookmarks API (you need to check Sync if you want them to be synchronized across all your devices).

Yawas automatically recreates the highlights when you reopen web pages.

All functions are available from the context-menu (Ctrl-Shift-Y for Yellow) To highlight, simply select some text and choose the color from the context menu. To add a note or comment, mouse over an existing highlight and pick "Add Note" (or the keyboard shortcut -N). To recolor or delete a highlight, select some of its text and choose another color or "Delete" from the context-menu.

You can also quickly search all your bookmarks with "Yawas - Search" or edit the current page's highlights using "Yawas - Edit".

Hola, quisiera saber si me podrían informar sobre un problema que encuentro con esta extensión y es q para iniciar el uso de esta extensión es necesario ingresar a la cuenta de google, se le da aceptar e ingreso a digitar la clave, después de eso siempre sale esto: Error Issuing Command to Google Toolbar The referring page has attempted to issue a command to the Google Toolbar. For more information and assistance, please visit our Toolbar Help Center. y no entiendo el porqué si uso chrome, no firefox, no IE. y de esta manera no se puede usar la extensión o tengo que tratar varias veces para lograr usarla. Agradecería sus consejos para este caso ya que me es muy útil por que estoy aprendiendo a estudiar otros idiomas y este resaltador me es muy útil para recordar. Si pudieran hacer que los mensajes me lleguen en español se los agradecería porque no domino mucho el inglés. Gracias por su tiempo.
