Gave Me a Virus!! This Software gave me a virus on my computer and now I can't remove it!!

Although it helps me keep focused on my writing, my teacher was not allowed to download this on my computer. I'm not pissed at least I can focus on my work but the only problem is that it doesn't let me download things. I've tried things to websites breaking the 4th wall to vpn but it won't work because they're blocked. Also Cisco automatically downloads other apps. I do not recommend this app.
