Set reminder for every few minutes as you wish. You can reduce the bell frequency as you increase focus. I suggest you keep the bell on, even when you are taking a short break from work or study or other important activities.

The bells will keep you mindful of time and get you back to your task.This is great especially if you get distracted often by your thoughts or other external things. The bell sound is a short term reinforcement of progress and helps you keep focus! Each time the bell rings, connect two dots on a notepad that has a bridge of unconnected dots. Doing that gives extra reinforcement to the brain.

Simple, works fine. You need to "Switch off" and re-submit for changing the timer. No big deal.

It worked for the first ringing. When I tried to lower the volume, it requested how many minutes again. It would not let me enter the minutes. Now it only works at the original minutes amount. Annoying. Going to uninstall. Too bad.
