SeizAlarm is a user-friendly iPhone and Apple Watch app that detects irregular movements using device motion sensors (and heart rate sensors on Apple Watch). You can customize sensitivity, and when irregular movement is detected, emergency contacts are alerted automatically through multiple channels (phone calls, texts, and emails), with GPS location when available.

In addition, you can send manual help requests, set a configurable time-delayed alert, view a robust movement log with export options, and support multiple emergency contacts and Family Setup. Optional audible siren and voice messages can help ensure help is found quickly. It already sucks having epilepsy. Forced to quit working entirely. Kind of savage to have to pay for this…

I had a 7.5 minute TC seizure with a a heart rate that exceeded 157 BPM. The watch and phone are new and set up for most sensitive. It caught nothing and alerted no one. My husband was home so HE caught it and intervened. Would not recommend. We checked all settings from phone to watch to the app itself. The 4.5 stars reviews are BS
