I installed this app for the sole purpose of showing my ID Card. And, apparently, after another year, it still can’t do that. Error: “Your ID Card is not currently available. Please contact Member Services.” I contacted Member Services and they suggested: 1. Reinstall the app. 2. Try downloading ID Card from web first then see if it works in app. Neither works.
