I do not care for the way you show out of pocket cost total on prescriptions! I have all documents from the pharmacy and you show a higher total at this point than I have paid, after meeting my $355.00 deductible early in the year plus several days the deductible was showing different amounts!! You people need to read the book you sent to clients at the beginning of 2026 and learn that out of pocket is based on what the client spends, not made up numbers and excuses because if you are letting somebody use my insurance it is against the law!!
