Most users report that myUHC Global can't be accessed due to login problems: a numeric keypad blocks entering usernames, the app fails to log in or opens slowly or not at all. Some can't paste credentials. Reviewers also note poor support and version confusion between global and US apps, making the app effectively unusable for many.

Wow this is a terrible design, after downloading you can not login. There is no way to enter a username because only the 10 number keyboard is prompted instead of a QWERTY board.

This app DOES NOT WORK! I, along with all other reviewers, cannot get into the app! Kind of an important deal, wouldn’t you say? It’s hard nowadays to genuinely earn 1-star reviews for it means TRYING to distribute a steaming pile in place of a mobile app. That is EXACTLY what this is!
