It feels less like an insurance portal and more like a storefront for deals. While I do appreciate having access to discounts and offers, the current layout overemphasizes them! There’s already a dedicated tab for deals, which is more than sufficient. There’s no need for that content to dominate the default landing screen. The “Home” tab, in particular, is just misaligned with user expectations. Home should function as a dashboard for core account information, not as a promotional page for everything we can already easily see. Right now, essential plan details are buried behind a small icon in the top corner that redirects to a separate page. Legit just unnecessary friction for something users are trying to access quickly. Overall, the app would be far more intuitive if it opened directly to a dashboard-style home screen with clear, immediate access to account and plan information, while leaving deals and extras within their designated tab. The app performs well with minimal bugs or slowdowns; the primary issue is content prioritization and layout.

After paying for several months, I filed a claim for $178. It took them an entire month, asking me for a lot of documents and information, only to finally tell me it wasn’t covered.
