This latest update to the app is awful! Not only is the interface less user friendly, the app malfunctions and makes uploading documents difficult to impossible. Pet parents dealing with their pets’ health issues have enough to worry about without Embrace making it even harder

Embrace’s IT infrastructure is completely broken. I can’t log into the app anymore. It was finicky before but now it’s useless. I’ve tried turning off my vpn and fiddling with wifi but nothing works. The website throws SSL errors frequently and the coverage for a senior dog is not worth it. Useless on every level.
