The app and even website are so difficult to navigate. You have to log in every other time you try to change/access a different area of the app…which could be on the website or in the app. I was able to successfully submit 2 claims today, but I have an old one listed that I just saw was closed due to not receiving customer info, which is incorrect. There’s no way to dispute, re-open, or submit more documentation though, or even see the history of the claims and communications. I also submitted 2 medical history records months ago . While both show in the records tab, one says ‘reviewed/valid’ and the other just ‘reviewed’. There is a button to view the documents submitted, but it doesn’t work at all in the app, and leads to a ‘page doesn’t exist’ message online. There’s no way to report any issues on app or site. There is an FAQ page, but the info seems to be geared towards prospective buyers, not current users, it’s really frustrating. It’s like the site and app strive to help everyone BUT current customers, and the company has little to know easily accessible ways to contact them for assistance or to report problems. I would imagine that they could easily build a robust app and website with access to all of a clients info and historical data, plus an extensive and easily navigable FAQ/Help page, so I’m confused why they continue to ignore the utter unusable junk their online tools are. I’m probably going to switch to a provider with better user access.

I’ve been trying to access my account through this app for over 4 months and I keep getting the same “the server is unavailable” message. If that was the case, how is it that I can access my account via web browser? Pet’s Best needs to do some serious debugging to fix this app.
