My dog Greta passed away, and I previously notified MetLife about this both through a prior claim and separately via email. However, my next monthly payment was still charged. Please update my policy to remove Greta and confirm that the billing has been adjusted accordingly. If the recent charge was made in error, please advise on the refund process.
