The app lets you quickly locate the source of pain by tapping the body or selecting a muscle, with over 50 pain areas and more than 40 conditions that trigger points can cause or mimic. Each trigger point illustration marks the location with an X and colors the referred pain area in blue.

Users can search by muscle, use the alphabet, or enter keywords like 'elbow' to see relevant muscles, pain areas, and conditions. Note: the app does not provide treatment; it’s designed to help you identify pain sources and guide you to professional care.
