User Reviews

Most reviews praise the app for effective, well-explained exercises and a user-friendly UI, with clear benefits for pain relief and recovery. However, recurring concerns center on the paywall and access model (subscription required to use features, sometimes preventing use after signup), plus dissatisfaction with support and refunds. Overall, the content quality is strong, but pricing/access and customer support are common drawbacks.
Pros
  • Clear, thorough exercise explanations that are easy to follow.
  • Effective for pain relief and injury recovery across multiple body areas.
  • Structured, guided programs with visible mobility and functional improvements.
  • User-friendly UI and overall positive usability.
Cons
  • Mandatory subscription/paywall to access workouts, with limited or no free access.
  • Inability to access workouts after signup or delays in content unlocking (perceived as deceptive).
  • Poor customer support and slow refund handling.

Signed up for the year but still can’t access the workouts. No support option so leaving this review until fixed. I have clicked support but only takes me to a web page on how to cancel. I want to try this app and willing to pay but it will not let me

I’m very frustrated with this app. I signed up for a year membership as it said I would have a 14 day free trial before being charged. But my card was charged immediately. When I reached out to ask for a refund they took a long time to process anything, and asked me for sensitive info via email like my bank account number, and then told me they couldn’t give me a refund and offered me a gift card instead. Felt very sketchy and left me very annoyed.

I had been doing hospital recommended exercises and was making slow progress and some regression too. Discovered Injury Map and followed there exercise plan and I am almost at full recovery very quickly. It is very good.
