How It Works

This comprehensive app incorporates rehab exercises, nutrition, and general wellness plans all in one.

Injury Rehab

Here we will do a full virtual assessment of your movement patterns, muscle imbalances and highlight any weaknesses, as well as taking a full history in order to get to the root cause of your injury.

You will follow the assessment videos, then film and upload the videos of yourself for us to identify the issues. Once we have fully assessed you, you will be provided with comprehensive stretches, trigger points and an exercise program to fix the problem. And the best part? We organise it all for you in our day by day, and step by step calendar, so you can quickly and efficiently eliminate your injury.

Nutrition

Get a customised nutrition plan just for you! Whether your goals are health related, or you’re just looking to lose some extra weight, we have a plan for you. All plans are created from the information you provide, via our nutritional assessment forms. Our nutrition plans are all set out in your very own calendar, highlighting what you will be having for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and drinks. If you don’t like a certain meal or fancy a change, you have access to the recipe section where you can trade for something you prefer (Calorie and macro nutrient dependent of course!).

And to top it off we also have an “Eating out” section where you can enjoy eating out and still track what you are consuming, keeping your nutritional intake on track.
