I have had this app for years! I was trained in the Travell and Simons trigger point technique many years ago. As a former massage therapist who still loves to do trigger point to help others this app has come to my aid many times. I love it and highly recommend this to anyone looking for the perfect resource to apply trigger point therapy! It’s like looking at the charts or posters but better in 3D! Thank you to the creators for making such a valuable resource for those of us trained in body work and those who’d like to learn!

I do A LOT of deep tissue work on athletes, and it helps to use the app quickly to refresh my memory of places to focus.
