Everytime I try to sign in it opens on a new browser and once I sign in nothing happens. I have tried multiple times

The app mostly works fine. However one huge issue is that every time I refresh the tickets more than once, the app crashes.

Overall the mobile is solid and allows agents to attend to tickets went working on the floor or during travel. Freshservice is working to make the app more functional every year.
