TSA Ultra integrates expense tracking and contingency planning into a single plan. To set the context, you input your available funds, the amount to be reserved, and your free time, followed by the estimated costs and duration required for contingencies. Visual charts display the remaining margins for both time and funds, helping you pinpoint where shortfalls might arise. You can select tasks to defer and incorporate available support resources, then view the adjusted feasibility range and specific recommendations. Once a plan is confirmed, costs are logged as transactions, time commitments are added to the schedule, and selected tasks and support resources are updated synchronously to prevent double-counting. The Time page allows you to modify task dates, durations, and completion statuses; the Funds page supports adding, editing, and deleting income and expenses; and the Support page tracks available time and financial resources.
