JEFQUltra is a tool that integrates expense tracking and decision review into a single evidentiary chain. Before making a purchase or incurring an expense, you create a "Dossier" to document the intended use, frequency, and essential requirements, while retaining at least two alternatives—recording their price sources, dates, and reasons for suitability. Once a choice is confirmed, the "Commit Decision" function locks in the selected option and price, logs the amount as an expenditure, and initiates a record for tracking subsequent outcomes.

After actual usage occurs, you can update the entry with monthly usage frequency, ratings, unexpected costs, and outcome details. The "Debrief" feature generates a decision quality chart based on your saved expectations, alternatives, pricing evidence, and actual results, distinguishing between scenarios such as thorough preparation with divergent outcomes versus positive outcomes achieved with insufficient evidence. The "Prices" page maintains a continuous record of price observations, while the "Options" page preserves the alternatives that were not selected, making it easy to revisit the rationale behind your original decision.
