VDXUltrak links task management and decision-making into a unified execution workflow. Tasks track deadlines, impact, estimated duration, and planned versus actual costs, while being categorized under three goal types: Growth, Stability, and Care. The app calculates urgency based on remaining time and determines priority by combining goal contribution and impact; it then sequences tasks against a daily time limit, distinguishing between actionable items and those that exceed the limit. The "Queue" provides a daily checklist; the "Matrix" maps tasks based on goal contribution and urgency, with task size representing duration; the "Book" compares budgets, actual costs, and variances; and "Goals" aggregates planned activities and completed contributions. Priority details display urgency, goal contribution, impact, and time density for each item, making it easy to verify the sorting logic. Upon task completion, all four views refresh from the same persistent dataset—updating cost variances and goal contributions—without generating fabricated trends or conclusions. All data and attachments are stored locally on the device.
