By entering the start date, decision deadline, and estimated daily cost for each option, users can visualize waiting periods, deadline status, and priority items. Unresolved issues are flagged as information gaps to be filled in sequentially, while quotes and photos of receipts are stored alongside their corresponding decisions. Actual expenses are recorded separately, distinct from estimated waiting costs. Once a decision is made, the app archives the duration of the wait, outstanding issues, costs, and the decision rationale; a subsequent review report compares actual outcomes against the schedule and contrasts actual spending with initial cost estimates.
