The SAAR team app: your schedule always up to date, one-tap time tracking and secure team chat.

This app is for people who work at SAAR Homecare. You sign in with the account the office gives you.

What it does:

Shifts: See today's visits and the days ahead, with the client's address and directions. If the office changes something, you get a notice.

Hours: Clock in and out on your phone. Breaks go in when you clock out, and your week's total is always there.

Chat: One to one with colleagues and a group per client. Send photos, documents and voice notes. With no signal a message waits and goes out as soon as you are back online.

Visit reports: Fill in the report at the end of a visit: mood, activities, medication and anything that happened. The draft saves itself.

Time off: Ask for leave in the app and see how many days you have left.

It also works offline, and is in Portuguese and English.

You need an account from the organisation to sign in. If you do not have one yet, ask the office.
