homecareOS is the operating system for UK home care, and this is the app your office uses to keep you connected on the road.

Built for care workers, by people who've worked in care. Every screen is designed for one-handed use, gloves on, in a poorly lit hallway. No clutter. No fuss.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• See your day at a glance — every visit, in order, with travel times and any handover notes.

• Check in and check out with one tap. GPS confirms you're at the right address. If you're early or late, the app tells you why it matters.

• Write care notes the way you actually think — quick prompts for the things that matter, voice-to-text for everything else, and templated notes for routine visits.

• Sign for medications using the eMAR. Every dose, every visit, fully auditable. Refusals, omissions, and PRN entries handled properly.

• Body map any concerns directly on the screen. Pinch, zoom, mark — done in seconds.

• Log observations (BP, pulse, weight, fluids, food) with sensible defaults so you're not typing decimals into a phone keyboard at 7am.

• Capture photos for care notes, body maps, and incident reports. Photos stay private to your agency — never shared, never used for anything else.

• See messages from coordinators in real time. Reply when you've got a moment, or use the templated quick-replies if you're in a rush.
