EVERY DAY IS WORTH 1,000 POINTS Your day is scored from four things: active calories, exercise minutes, steps, and active hours. Each counts toward your own goal, capped at 100 percent, so one huge Sunday can't erase a week of someone else's steady effort. Hit every goal and a perfect day pays 1,050.

FAIR BY DESIGN Goals are computed from your body, not chosen from a menu. A bigger body gets a bigger calorie goal, and everyone faces the same 1,000 points. Nobody can make their own day easier, and your body metrics are never shown to other members. What the group sees is points, streaks, and trophies.

YOUR HEALTH DATA STAYS YOURS Rally reads Apple Health on your device and uploads only daily totals. No ads, no selling of data, no server-side access to your health records. Deleting your account removes everything.

KEEP THE STREAK ALIVE 700 points makes a streak day. Streaks, trophies, rank alerts, a daily leaderboard, and a feed with reactions keep the group talking until the last day.

Rally works with iPhone and Apple Watch. A watch or fitness band is recommended: some challenge types count exercise minutes that a phone alone doesn't record.
