NO CAPS ON EFFORT Most fitness competitions stop counting the moment you hit 100%. Outdo doesn't. • Double your Move goal, earn double the points • Move and Exercise are uncapped — your hardest days are worth what they cost you • Stand caps out, because standing up isn't effort

EVERYONE SEES EVERYTHING No ranks, no vague summaries. Every member of a competition sees: • Exact ring values — kcal, minutes, hours • The goal each person was measured against • Points, daily totals and best days • How many rounds everyone has played

NOBODY CAN GAME THE GOAL Whoever creates a competition sets one target for everyone in it. You are never scored against a goal you picked for yourself, so setting an easy target to win is structurally impossible. The same workout is worth more in a casual group than a serious one — and that is the point.

NUDGE A FRIEND When a rival's numbers look stale, tap Nudge. They get a notification telling them exactly where they stand and by how much, and their app pulls fresh data the moment they open it.
